Faulk & Winkler is a Baton Rouge-based CPA firm committed to proactively impacting the well-being of those we serve. By working as business partners with our clients, we provide unique, change oriented and value-driven results. Our goal is to enhance our clients’ well-being by maintaining integrity and honesty in everything we do.

With roots stemming back to 1984, our team has developed a tradition of dependability and trust within the Baton Rouge community.  Our commitment to exceed service expectations by providing practical results through close personal attention has organically built our practice to where we are today. Currently, our practice is comprised of nearly 50 team members led by seven partners who share the same objective for our firm – to help our clients achieve financial success. For this reason, our team integrates business and personal planning with our compliance services.  This holistic approach means we have a clear picture of the greater client needs.

our leadership council

At Faulk & Winkler we are always striving for better – to better ourselves as individuals and as a firm, and we believe leadership is best executed with a group of core leaders. Our Leadership Council is a representative of at least one member of each department at our firm. The Council meets regularly to discuss the elements of leadership and how we can best apply them to improving the firm; to review and evaluate the firm’s strategic plan; and to provide any feedback relative to the culture, including employee engagement, client service, and partner leadership.
