Rachel Marino, SHRM-CP

Chief Administrative Officer

Rachel joined Faulk & Winkler in 2011 and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer. As CAO, she oversees numerous functions within Faulk & Winkler, including human resources, recruiting, information technology, firm finances, facility management, risk management, accounts receivable, and more. She earned her degree from LSU in International Studies and is a member of the Baton Rouge SHRM chapter, as well as National SHRM. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She also enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking.
